Step 1
Ensure that the TaoTronics Pulse X (TT-SK10) speaker is turned on and the battery fully charged. Do not separate the two devices for more than 3 feet while pairing.
Step 2
Once switched on, the loudspeaker is automatically set to the pairing mode and can be paired with other Bluetooth enabled devices. The LED flashes rapidly blue.
Step 3
Turn on the Bluetooth mode on your mobile device. It will automatically search for other Bluetooth enabled devices nearby. Choose the “PULSE X” device from the list. Has the pairing been successful, the speaker’s LED will stay solid blue and you will hear an acoustic signal. – In case your mobile device requests a password, please try the combination “0000” or “8888“.
Step 4
In order to perform a “factory reset“, simply slide a little pin / needle into the side between the charging port and the AUX port. Do not forget to remove the TaoTronics Pulse X (TT-SK10) speaker from your Bluetooth device list on your mobile device.
Additional Information
In case the speaker is connected to a device via the AUX cable, the Bluetooth function is turned off.
The following functions can be controlled via the different buttons.

The Bluetooth / Battery lights on the speaker unit have different meanings.
