Step 1
Turn on the SoundCore Motion Q speaker pressing the “Power” button. Then select the Bluetooth mode by pressing the “Bluetooth” button which is also located on the unit’s top side. The speaker is now ready for pairing.
Step 2
Switch on the Bluetooth mode on your mobile device. It will automatically search for Bluetooth enabled devices nearby. Select the “SoundCore Motion Q” from the list. The blue LED flashes while the two devices connect (pair). Once the connection is established, the LED turns solid blue.- In case your mobile device requests a password, please try the code “0000” or “8888“.
Step 3
The speaker will always try to connect to the last used device (mobile phone, tablet, computer) once powered up. In case a connection cannot be established, the speaker switches back to the pairing mode. If you want to connect the SoundCore Mini 2 speaker with another device, simply turn off the Bluetooth function on the first device (for instance “disconnect”).
Step 4 (optional)
The Anker speaker can be connected to another Motion Q speaker (True Wireless Stereo) and provide stereo sound. Just press and hold the “Bluetooth” button for approx. 3 seconds to activate the true wireless stereo mode.
Additional Information
As soon as you plug in the audio cable into AUX-In, the Bluetooth connection will be disabled and playback is fully controlled by the connected device.
The following functions can be controlled via the different buttons.

The LED lights and colors have different meanings.
