Step 1
Ensure that the Senso ActivBuds S250 headphone is turned off and the battery fully charged. Do not separate the two devices for more than 3 feet while pairing.
Step 2
Press and hold the multi function button for approx 6 seconds until the blue and red LED flashes alternatively. The headphone is now ready for pairing and can be connected with other Bluetooth enabled devices.
Step 3
Turn on the Bluetooth mode of your mobile device. It will automatically search for other Bluetooth enabled devices nearby. Choose the “ActivBuds S250” device from the list. Has the pairing been successful, the headphone’s LED will flash blue every 5 seconds. – In case your mobile device requests a password, please try the combination “0000” or “8888“.
Step 4
The headphone will always try to connected to the last used device (mobile phone, tablet, computer) once powered up.
If you want to connect the Senso ActivBuds S250 headphone with another device, simply turn off the Bluetooth function on the first device (for instance “disconnect”). Then follow again the above steps 1 to 3. Both devices are now connected to the Senso headphones but only one of them can play music or make phone calls.
Additional Information
In order to perform a factory reset, simply press and hold the multi function button for approx 3 seconds while the headphone is getting charged. Once the blue and red LED flash three times, release the multi function button again.

The blue and red LEDs on the headphone control unit have different meanings.

The battery is getting charged. A full battery charging cycle is about 2 hours. – If the LED is not turning solid red, the battery might not have been charged for a while. Keep charging the device approx 30 minutes. Then the LED will turn solid red. |
