How can you charge the mobile device with the RAVPower Qi Fast Charger? What do the LED lights mean?

Step 1
Make sure that the mobile device (smartphone, tablet) is not protected with a mobile phone case. Charging the device might not be possible if the phone case is thicker than 0.2 inch / 0.5 cm since it might not get detected by the RAVPower Charger.
Step 2
Connect the supplied cable to the USB wall charger and plug it into the power outlet. Attention: Only use the supplied wall charger as other 9V devices will not work.
Step 3
Place the mobile device on the charging pad. The charging process starts immediately, provided that the device has been positioned correctly. You may need to reposition the mobile device on the charging pad as the receiver of the devices might be located in different positions.
Additional Information
Not every mobile device is supported by the charging pad. An up-to-date list of all Qi-enabled mobile devices can be found on the QInside page.
The green, orange and red LEDs have different meanings.
| LED Status | Charger Status |
| LED off | The charger is turned off. |
| LED flashes green | The battery of the Qi-enabled device charges at full speed. |
| LED solid green | The battery of the Qi-enabled device is fully charged. The green LED turns off after 15 seconds. |
| LED flashes orange | The battery of the Qi-enabled device charges at normal speed. |
| LED solid red | The charger is connected to the power. If no mobile device can be detected, the red LED turns off after 1o seconds. |
| LED flashes red | The charger is plugged in but there is no Qi-enabled mobile device on the charging pad OR a metal has been detected. Remove the metal accordingly. |
